Besides Canada, Apple is also partnering with American Express to bring Apple Pay to Australia by the end of the year and to Spain, Singapore, and Hong Kong next year.

Apple Pay Launching in Canada This Week
According to iPhone in Canada, Apple Pay is expected to launch in Canada this Tuesday, November, 17 exclusively with American Express. Apple Pay Now Supports American Express US Corporate Cards
American Express announced Apple Pay support for its U.S. corporate credit cards, which will allow more businesses to begin making use of the mobile payment technology. Supported cards include the Corporate Green, Gold, Platinum, Centurion, Business Extra, and Defined Expense Program options.
