Street Fighter V Is Coming To SteamOs And Linux In The Spring


Capcom has announced on Steam that Street Fighter V will be coming to SteamOS and Linux this spring. If you own the PC version of the game then you’ll be able to download the SteamOS and Linux versions for free. Street Fighter V releases on February 16 for PS4 and PC.

Ports For Batman: Arkham Knight On Mac And Linux Have Been Cancelled

The Mac and Linux ports of Batman: Arkham Knight have been canceled. The cancellation was announced with a very short statement on Steam which you can see below:

“We are very sorry to confirm that Batman: Arkham Knight will no longer be coming to Mac and Linux. If you have pre-ordered Batman: Arkham Knight for Mac or Linux, please apply for a refund via Steam.”

The ports were set to release in Spring 2016.

PS4 Hack Allowing You To Run Linux And Play Pokemon


The hacking group Fail0verflow has demonstrated what appears to be the world's first hack of the PS4. As well as bypassing the console's security features, Fail0verflow has also managed to write a custom version of Linux for the console, and has made the PS4 Linux port available on its website. The video below demonstrates the hackers playing what appears to be a modded version of Pokemon Emerald, renamed as "Pokemon PlayStation Version." What do you think of the PS4 being used like this ? Sony is most likely pissed abut this, so let’s see how long this hack latest.

Firewatch Gets A Release Date


Campo Santo has announced the release date for Firewatch. The adventure game set in the Wyoming wilderness arrives early next year. The game will simultaneously release worldwide on February 9 for PlayStation 4 PC, Mac and Linux. Firewatch looks like an interesting game and can't wait to try it out. What do you think ?

Mighty No. 9 Finally Has A Release Date


Mighty No. 9 finally has a release date. In addition to the digital version, a physical copy will be available. Those that buy a physical copy will get the Ray DLC and the abandoned lab stage. This bundle also includes a double-sided poster and an art booklet. Those that pre-order will get the Retro Hero Mode. This includes a blocky retro skin and sound package for Beck and a one hit kill mode. Last but not least there will be a Signature Edition made available. This will includes the game, a foil Keiji Inafune signature on the box, and a 6.5-inch statue of Beck with changeable faces. The signature edition will be priced at $59.99. Mighty No. 9 will be out on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC, Linux, and Mac on September 15. As for PS Vita and 3DS, those versions are coming later. It should be noted that Mighty No. 9 will support cross-buy on PlayStation systems.

Mighty No. 9 Gets A Release Date


Mighty No. 9 will be available in North America on September 15 and in Europe on September 18. The game will be available on PS4, Xbox One and Wii U and only a digital release for PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Mac and Linux. PS Vita and 3DS editions will be available at a later date.

The Steam Holiday Sale 2014 will begin on December 18 ends on  January 2. The news comes courtesy of an email sent to a Paypal user which was then posted on Reddit for everyone to see.
