Metal Gear Survive Is Releasing In February

Konami has announced that Metal Gear Survive is releasing on February 20 in the US and February 22 in Europe on PS4 and Xbox One.

The game takes place shortly after Ground Zeroes, where members of Big Boss' base were sucked into a dimensional portal rather than dying in the ambush as Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain indicated. Four of the survivors find themselves in an other wordly wasteland and do their best to survive against zombie-like enemies. Konami has announced the exclusive pre-order extras for Metal Gear Survive, including weapons, a box accessory, and more.

• 4 gold plated weapons: Bat, Sledgehammer, Survival Machete and Survival Spear
• 4 metallic coloured survival scarves: Green, Blue, Pink and Silver
• 2 gestures: "Thumbs Up" and "Happy"
• Mother Base nameplate
• "BOXMAN [THE ORANGE]" accessory
• "Kabuki" face paint

Metal Gear Solid V: The Definitive Experience Coming In October

A product page for Metal Gear Solid V: The Definitive Experience has appeared on Konami's website. This edition will include both Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. It will also include DLC for both The Phantom Pain and its multiplayer mode, Metal Gear Online. The Definitive Experience is set to be released on October 11, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and will cost $49.99. The Steam price has yet to be announced.

Xbox Live Games With Gold For August 2015

Microsoft has announced August's Games with Gold games. From August 1 - August 31, you'll be able to get Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes for Xbox One. From August 16 - September 15, you'll also be able to get How to Survive: Storm Warning edition. Xbox 360 players will be able to get Metro 2033. Starting on August 15 to August 31st. Then on August 16 - August 31st you can continue the adventure with Metro: Last Light.

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes Gets A Price Drop

Konami has announced that Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is getting a price drop.The boxed version of the game is now available across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 for $20. If you're in the market for a digital copy, you can buy the game today on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network for $20 for Xbox 360 and PS3. However, the digital version will continues to sell for $30 for PS4 and Xbox One. Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is the prologue to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, which will come out sometime in 2015 for PS4 and Xbox One. A PC version of the game is also set to be released but there is no word on when it will be released.
