Overkill’s The Walking Dead Releasing In November

After many delays, Overkill’s The Walking Dead by Starbreeze finally has a firm release date. During the PC gaming show at E3 2018, a new gameplay-focused trailer gave players a clearer idea of how the co-op shooter will look in action. Not only that, but the end of the video also gave a firm launch date of November 6 in North/South America and November 8 for Europe and the rest of the world. Overkill’s The Walking Dead will release on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

New Details On Overkill’s The Walking Dead

The team behind Payday, Overkill, announced back in 2014 that it would be working on a Walking Dead game. We haven't heard much about it since then, but now we’ve got a first glimpse at one of the characters we'll be playing as in this 4 player co-op shooter. The trailer focuses on Aidan, a man living in Washington D.C. and dealing with his daily responsibilities about as well as most of do. The trailer then cuts to Aidan walking around a post-apocalyptic D.C.  and taking on a group of zombies with a baseball bat. Overkill's The Walking Dead releases in Fall 2018.

Overkill's The Walking Dead Delayed Once Again

According to publisher Starbreeze, The Walking Dead shooter by the developers of Payday 2 has been delayed once again. The original delay was back in 2016 and has now been been pushed to the second half of 2018.  You can watch the original announcement trailer for the game here:

Overkill’s Walking Dead Game Delayed Into 2017

The Walking Dead shooter from Payday 2 developer Overkill was set for a 2016 release until now. Overkill’s partner Starbreeze had this to say about the delay: 

“OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead will be expanded with more content where an Asian version will be developed for simultaneous launch with the western version. To maximize the new opportunities, Starbreeze, 505 Games and Skybound have decided to release the game in all markets during the second half of 2017”.

It sucks that the game is getting delayed but by all means if that means we get a better game then I can live with it. What do you think ? 

Overkill’s The Walking Dead Will Be At E3

Overkill, the makers of Payday The Heist has confirmed that they will be at E3 with the first look at The Walking Dead. Overkill announced it had struck a publishing deal with 505 Games for The Walking Dead. The 2 have worked together previously on Payday 2 and Overkill's parent company Starbreeze's Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. The Walking Dead is coming in 2016 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

A Walking Game Game Coming To PC And Consoles

PayDay 2 developer Overkill's announced today that The Walking Dead game will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Overkill's The Walking Dead game will feature co-operative gameplay, as well as new characters and storylines within The Walking Dead universe. No release date was announced which is a bummer in my opinion. Hopefully this game is better then the awful Survival Instinct game, which left a bad taste in everyones mouth.
