The spiritual successor of Left 4 Dead, Back 4 Blood has been delayed until 2022. However on the bright side the beta is still set for summer. Turtle Rocktook to Twitter to relay the update, saying that the team has been "working hard" to make the Back 4 Blood adventure the very best experience it can be. In order to do that, however, the team needs more time, so they are pushing back the launch until October 12, 2021.
During The Game Awards 2020, Back 4 Blood by Turtle Rock was shown off with a gruesome new trailer. If you clicked on the trailer and didn’t look at the titled, you think that Turtle Rock was making Left 4 Dead again. That makes sense given that this is that franchise's spiritual successor.
