The Last Guardian Getting Free Standalone VR Experience

During this year's PSX keynote, it was announced that The Last Guardian is getting a standalone “experience” for PlayStation VR. The standalone game will be out on December 12 for free. Last Guardian VR will run approximately 20 minutes.

The Last Guardian Gets A Permanent Price Cut

If you've been holding off on getting The Last Guardian for whatever reason, perhaps now is your time. The game is now $39.99 at various retailers, including the official PlayStation digital store and Polygon has spoken to a Sony official who confirmed that the price cut is permanent. Looks like I’m gonna buy The Last Guardian soon. Thoughts ?

The Last Guardian Delayed To December

The long awaited, The Last Guardian, has been delayed again to December from it’s October release date. In a post on the PlayStation blog, SCE Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida said the delay was necessary to address an unexpected number of bugs. "Fumito Ueda, gen DESIGN and JAPAN Studio have a wonderful vision for The Last Guardian’s touching, emotional journey of friendship and trust, and we want to deliver the most polished experience possible for our fans who have supported us for so long.” "A delay is a difficult decision, particularly with this game, but we have encountered more bugs than anticipated while in the final stages of development. To ensure that The Last Guardian delivers on the experience that the game’s creators have envisioned, we need to take the extra time to work on those issues." The Last Guardian will now release on December 6 for PS4.

The Last Guardian Finally Has A Release Date

During Sony’s E3 2016 press conference, Sony's showed a short cinematic trailer for The Last Guardian, which revealed that the games October release date. You can watch the trailer below. The Last Guardian will release for PlayStation 4 on October 25.

It's good to see the game back and with a release window of 2016, that’s still vague but hey at least its actually gonna come out.
