Patch 1.2 For Cyberpunk 2077 Is Here

The long awaited 1.2 patch for Cyberpunk 2077 is now available to download on PC and consoles, with the Stadia release to follow later in the week. You can see the full change-log on CD Projekt Red’s website, but the more notable tweaks include various performance improvements that should make the
biggest difference on lower-end PCs and previous generation consoles. Also, the patch promises to make teleporting police a thing of the past, as well as make vehicles feel less clunky. Although, recent YouTube videos with the patch installed still show police teleporting, just a bit further away.

Cyberpunk 2077 Gets New Trailer And Hidden Message

During the Xbox E3 conference,  Cyberpunk 2077, the next major project from CD Projekt Red, best known for its work on the Witcher series got a new trailer. The game takes place in the most violent city in America. There’s a major class divide that pits the extravagance of the entertainment and pleasures at hand against the stark poverty of most of its citizens. With the help of some crowd-sourced detective work, the folks at Eurogamer revealed a whole letter from CD Projekt Red hidden within their new Cyberpunk 2077 trailer.

"It's been over 2077 days since we announced our plans to develop Cyberpunk 2077," the letter starts. Mostly a statement of intent to players, CD Projekt Red writes that it only wanted to talk "when we have something to show."

Within its thanks and explanations to fans, CD Projekt Red does reveal several key aspects of the game. Most notably, they say that "you'll be able to create your own character," a departure from the Witcher's singular protagonist.  They also write that it's "seriously big," and that microtransactions in a single-player RPG would be "nuts." Still no release date, but they promise more details on the show floor.

Cyberpunk 2077 Has A Larger Dev Team Than The Witcher 3

CD Projekt revealed a RPG titled, Cyberpunk 2077, a few years ago. Since then, the company has kept pretty quiet on it. That hasn't changed much, but CD Projekt did drop some interesting info about the size of the team that's working on the game, in a post on an investor forum. There are currently more developers working on Cyberpunk 2077 than The Witcher 3 during its most intensive period. This comes via a forum post on the company's site. Beyond that, they’ve remain extremely quiet about the game. When asked about when it would be released, they  responded by saying that they like to surprise. I remember when the teaser trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 was released back in 2013. I was completely blown away at what I was watching. I’m certainly excited for the game to release (whenever that may be). Thoughts ?

Cyberpunk 2077 Reportedly Coming Out In 2016

According to Gamereactor Germany, Cyberpunk 2077 may be releasing a bit earlier than expected, as a new report claims CD Projekt RED is planning to release the game by the end of 2016. CD Projekt RED ha previously said it plans to focus on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for the next couple years and won't be discussing Cyberpunk 2077 again until 2017. Guess we’ll have to wait and see what CD Projekt RED says in the future. Reaguardless of when it comes out I am excited to see what Cyberpunk 2077 has in store. What do you think ?
