Mediatonic has stuck to their guns and confirmed that Fall Guys would be released for the Nintendo Switch on June 21st. On the same day, the company stated that Fall Guys will becoming free-to-play, along with coming to Xbox. One of the new features being incorporated into the colorful multiplayer game is the ability to create your own courses; however, this function will be available at a later date. Fall Guys will also have cross-progression and cross-play, and the Nintendo Switch version will aim at 30 fps in both portable and docked mode.

Mihoyo has confirmed its intentions for the future of Genshin Impact. In-game events like the Windbloom Festival in Mondstadt or the Moonchase Festival in Liyue will be tethered to real-life dates to make Genshin Impact's world feel more dynamic. Mihoyo has plans to implement version updates every six weeks. The new Dragonspire area is estimated to launch towards the end of December and the Lantern Rite event is being planned for a February 2021 release.
Hi-Rez Studios Paladins: Champions of the Realm is now in open beta on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The beta allows PS4 and Xbox One players to battle in 4 different game modes. To celebrate its launch, Hi-Rez Studios has released a new cinematic trailer, which you can check out below:
For those that don’t know, Paladins: Champions of the Realm features 24 playable Champions, each Champion can be adjusted to specialize in different offensive or defensive abilities. An assortment of different cosmetic items are available for further customization as well. In other words, a free to play Overwatch.
EVE Online is adding a free to play option that will sit alongside its subscription model. Those who want to start playing for free will enter as Alpha Clones. Alpha Clones are restricted to a specific set of skills and skill levels such as tech one frigates, destroyers, and cruisers. Omega Clones are the paying customers who can play the game like they always have. This new structure is coming in November alongside an update.
Cliff Bleszinski (Maker of Unreal Tournament and Gears of War) Bosskey studio announced the name its first game, LawBreakers. LawBreakers is an arena shooter that makes gravity a weapon. There are 2 opposing sides law enforcement and lawbreakers, players will have access to a range of conventional and conceptual weapons, jetpacks, and ways to increase, decrease gravity. LawBreakers will be free to play and is coming in 2016. Bosskey will show its first gameplay trailer on Friday, August 28. What do you think of LawBreakers ?
Developer Respawn Entertainment with the help of Nexon Korea will bring Asia its own version of Titanfall. It's unknown at this time how this Asia only version of the game will differ from the current product. Its interesting though because Nexon specializes in free to play titles, so could this version of Titanfall be free to play ?
