Gundam Battle: Gunpla Warfare Available Earlier Than Expected For iOS And Android


Bandai Namco announced Gundam Battle: Gunpla Warfare for iOS and Android earlier this month with a scheduled release date of August 21st. 

Gundam Battle: Gunpla Warfare features 3D action battles featuring Gunpla. Your aim is to win the Gunpla Battle Tournament by collecting more parts by defeating other players. In terms of combat, controls are simplified compared to the  Gundam Breaker games on PS4 and PC. In terms of story, Gundam Battle: Gunpla Warfare has an original story unlike many other licensed games. You will be able to relive some key moments from the Mobile Suit Gundam anime series.

Gundam Battle: Gunpla Warfare is now available on the App Store and Google Play for free. It has in app purchases in the form of Haro ChipG at the moment. You can download it on the App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android . Check out the official English website here as well.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation 2 Comes To North America And Europe Later This Year


Bandai Namco has announced that Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation 2 is coming to North America and Europe later this year. It's a free-to-play team-based action-shooter that features both mobile suit and infantry combat. It originally released in Japan baack in 2018. It should be noted that the Japanese, Hong Kong, Taiwanese, and Korean versions of the game already feature English text support. If you've got a PlayStation account associated with any of those regions, you can give it a shot before it releases in America and Europe.

New Gundam Breaker On PC Delayed To Late Summer, PS4 Version Unaffected


Bandai Namco has announced that the PC version of New Gundam Breaker has been delayed from its previous June 22 release date to “a later date during summer 2018.”
“We decided that extra development time was needed to achieve a qualitative experience for the first game of the Gundam Breaker series on PC,” Bandai Namco said in a tweet.
The PlayStation 4 version of New Gundam Breaker is still set to release worldwide on June 22.

"New Gundam Breaker" Announced For PS4 In Japan And The West


Bandai Namco has revealed the latest entry in the Gundam Breaker series with the announcement of New Gundam Breaker. The game is coming to Japan and Southeast Asia in 2018, and Bandai Namco Entertainment confirmed plans for a western release. New Gundam Breaker will have players building their own Gunpla while breaking down enemies in battle, collecting parts along the way. There's also a new real-time customization system that lets you collect and add parts on the battlefield.  Check out the trailer below. Gundam Breaker releases on PS4 sometime in 2018.

SD Gundam G Generation Genesis Coming To Switch In April In Japan


The latest issue of Famitsu has revealed that SD Gundam G Generation Genesis is coming to the Nintendo Switch on April 26th in Japan. Switch owners will get all the DLC that’s included with the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita versions of the game. Those who purchase the game early will have access to a download version of Super Gachapon World: SD Gundam X.

Gundam Versus Getting An Open Beta On The PlayStation 4 In September


Bandai Namco has announced that they will be  launching an open beta for the PlayStation 4-exclusive Gundam fighting game, Gundam Versus. The beta will allows players to engage in online casual matches or missions. It will run from midnight PST on the September 2 to midnight PST on September 4.  A PlayStation Plus subscription won’t be required to participate in the beta. Check out the trailer below. Gundam Versus releases on September 29 in North America.



UPDATE 8/29/17 - You can now pre-load the beta. You'll be able to play the beta from September 2 to September 4. According to the store description this is what the beta will include:

- Player Match
- Casual Match 1 vs 1, 2 vs 2, 3 vs 3
- Ultimate Battle 15 missions, 30 missions
- Trial Battle 1 Route
- Free Battle

Gundam Versus Comes To North America In September


Bandai Namco revealed that Gundam Versus, an arcade fighting game where players battle each other in giant mechs, is coming to North America this September. Previously only available in Japan. The title includes more than 90 Mobile Suits, and has players battle it out in 2v2 and 3v3 matches. Watch the gameplay trailer below to see the game in action. Gundam Versus releases in North America on September 29 for PS4.

Gundam Versus Gets 11 More Mobile Suits + New Online Mode

Famitsu has revealed new information about Gundam Versus. A total of 11 new Mobile Suits were confirmed for the game's roster. The additions are:
  • Hi-Nu Gundam, Pilot: Amuro Ray (Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack - Beltorchika's Children)
  • Slave Wraith, Pilot: Travis Kirkland (Mobile Suit Gundam Side Story: Missing Link)
  • Gelgoog High Maneuver Model, Pilot: Vincent Gleissner (Mobile Suit Gundam Side Story: Missing Link)
  • Guntank, Pilot: Yahato Kobayashi (Mobile Suit Gundam)
  • Dom, Pilot: Gaia (Mobile Suit Gundam)
  • Rick-Dias, Pilot: Apolly Bay (Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam)
  • Methuss, Pilot: Fa Yuiry (Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam)
  • High-Zack, Pilot: Sarah Zabiarov (Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam)
  • GM Custom, Pilot: South Burning (Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory)
  • ReZEL, Pilot: Riddhe Marcenas (Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn)
  • Vigna Ghina, Pilot: Cecily Fairchild (Mobile Suit Gundam F91)

Gundam Versus will mark the international game debut of Mobile Suits from Side Story: Missing Link, a PS3 game that never was released outside of Japan, and Beltorchika's Children, a novel that was based on the original rejected storyline for Char's Counterattack. The roster size has now grown to a crazy 82 Mobile Suits, with only a few slots remaining. The magazine also goes into detail about "Casual Matches," which allows player to fight against each other online in 2v2, 3v3, and also in 1v1 battles. Gundam Versus releases this Fall for North America and Europe and July 6 for Japan and Asia for PlayStation 4.

Bandai Namco Announces Gundam Versus


During Sony's pre-TGS press conference, Bandai Namco took the stage to reveal its latest Gundam title. As part of a celebration of the 15th anniversary of Gundam Vs., a  series of fighting games based off the Gundam series, Bandai Namco announced Gundam Versus for the PlayStation 4. A release date in unknown at this time, but one can assume it will be out in 2017 for Japan. You can watch the announcement trailer below. Hope it comes state side as I’m a huge fan of the Gundam series. Thoughts on Gundam Versus ?

Bandai Namco Announces A Bunch Of Games Are Coming To The US & Europe

Bandai Namco announced a bunch of games that will be released in the West (US & Europe). No release date other then 2016 was given.
Here’s whats coming:
  • JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven (PS4)
  • Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme VS-Force (PS Vita - 2016)
  • God Eater: Resurrection (PS4, PS Vita, PC - 2016)
  • God Eater 2: Rage Burst (PS4, PS Vita, PC - 2016)
  • Tales of Berseria (PS4, PC)
  • One Piece: Burning Blood ( PS4, Xbox One, PS Vita, PC - 2016)


We now know that God Eater was the “Mysterious Game” that Bandai Namco was teasing a few days ago. It’s nice to see Bandai Namco bringing so many games to the West, specially Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme VS-Force. As a huge gundam fan it’s really awesome to see that game is coming to the West and not having to import it (which can be expensive and a pain in he ass). Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme VS Force Coming Out For PS Vita This Winter


During Sonys TGS 2015 conference Bandai Namco announced that the latest Gundam game, Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme VS Force for the PlayStation Vita. The game will features 2v2 battles, an original mode that will have players pick 6 Mobile Suits to be part of your team. Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme VS Force will release for Japan in the winter for PlayStation Vita.
