Is Toys’R US About To Make A Comeback?

Looks like Geoffrey Giraffe might be getting a second chance at life, as any auction that would’ve be used to sell off the Toy’R US and Babies’R US names is now cancelled.

Now they're working on a plan to revive the names, which they have ownership over everywhere except Canada. Now Geoffrey LLC. will own "trademarks, e-commerce assets and data" so we'll see if it actually turns into a store or something else entirely. Thoughts ?

Toys R Us Is Going Out Of Business And Will Close Or Sell U.S Stores

Sadly, Toys R Us will be closing its stores in the United States and the United Kingdom. The company is looking to sell or shutter its current stores. The company has seen increased competition from online retailers. It’s the end of an era for the toy and video game retailer. I will always be a Toys R Us kid at heart.

Toys R Us Getting More SNES Classics On October 27th

If you’ve yet to get your hands on a SNES Clasic then you will be pleased to know that Toys R Us are getting another shipment in soon. The company has told Polygon that they will have SNES Mini consoles available on October 27th. The retailer will also have more Nintendo Switch units in stock as Super Mario Odyssey launches on the same day.

The representative also confirmed that there will be a limited supply of SNES Classic systems, and encouraged people to prepare for early morning lineups to secure the hardware.

GameStop also says they will have more stock of the SNES Mini console but it will be within the next two weeks.

Toys R’ Us Getting More Nintendo Switches In Stock On April 28th

Toys R’ Us has announced on Twitter that the Nintendo Switch will be back in stock on April 28th to celebrate the release of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. However, the consoles will only be available in-store only and quantities of Switch consoles will be limited. You’ll wanna be quick if you want to purchase the console. Happy hunting and good luck!!

Toys R’ Us Is Getting More Nintendo Switch Stock Tomorrow

If you’ve been looking to get your hands on a Nintendo Switch, you might eat to visit your local Toys R’ Us this Sunday April 9th. Doors open at 9AM and the new wave of stock is for IN STORES ONLY and won’t be available online. It may be worth giving them a call first as units are bound to fly off the shelves quickly.

Toy R Us Canada Listed The Nintendo Switch For $250

The Canadian site Toys R Us had the Nintendo Switch platform listed for $330 CA/ $250 USD before it was quickly taken down. We probably won’t know the official pricing until the special Nintendo Switch event in January. Do you think $250 sounds like a reasonable price?

The Mega Yarn Yoshi Amiibo Will Be A Toys R Us Exclusive

Yesterday it was announced that Toys R Us would be getting an exclusive restock of the Villager amiibo, available in stores only. Today Toys R Us announced that the Mega Yarn Yoshi amiibo will also be exclusive to Toys R Us in North America. It will be available in stores for $39.99 on November 15th. Toys R Us  has also noted that quantities will be “extremely limited”. What do you think of Toys R Us getting all these exclusives ? Is Toys R Us the place to shop for amiibos ? As we already know the Mii Fighter amiibo 3 pack will be a Toys R Us exclusive, and today they have relieved that the Villager amiibo will be restocked exclusively at Toys R Us on 11/8. Now Toys R Us are teasing another exclusive of theirs, that being the Mega Yarn Yoshi amiibo. Toys R Us seems to be getting a lot of exclusives lately, owner what the future hold for Toys R Us and amiibos. What do you think ? 

Lucario Amiibo Is A Toys R US Exclusive

If you want the Lucario Amiibo figure then  you’ll only be able to purchase it from Toys R Us in the U.S. Nintendo has previously said that certain Amiibo figures will be retailer exclusive and that seems to be the case with Lucario.
