The Mega Yarn Yoshi Amiibo Will Be A Toys R Us Exclusive

Yesterday it was announced that Toys R Us would be getting an exclusive restock of the Villager amiibo, available in stores only. Today Toys R Us announced that the Mega Yarn Yoshi amiibo will also be exclusive to Toys R Us in North America. It will be available in stores for $39.99 on November 15th. Toys R Us  has also noted that quantities will be “extremely limited”. What do you think of Toys R Us getting all these exclusives ? Is Toys R Us the place to shop for amiibos ? Nintendo Announces Release Dates For Amiibos Coming In The Fall

Nintendo has released info on when you’ll be able to get your hands on upcoming Amiibos. Included in the info is a $40 Mega Yarn Yoshi amiibo, making it the biggest and most expensive Amiibo to date. Here’s what’s coming up over the next few months:

• Light Blue Yarn Yoshi - October 16, $16.99
• Yarn Yoshi with Yoshi’s Woolly World - October 16, $59.99
• Mii Fighters (3 Pack) - November 1, $34.99
• Mewtwo - November 13, $12.99
• K.K. Slider, Reese and Cyrus  (3 Pack) - November 13, $34.99
• Tom Nook - November 13, $12.99
• Mable - November 13, $12.99
• Lottie - November 13, $12.99
• Mega Yarn Yoshi - November 15, $39.99

These Yarn Yoshi Amiibos Look Amazing

During yesterday Nintendo Direct Nintendo announced that Yoshi's Woolly World will be coming later this year. Along with this announcement they also announced a small series of Amiibo’s to be released along side of the game. The series will consists of 3 different colored Yoshi Amiibo’s (Green, Pink and Light Blue) that are made out of yarn, which sounds very original and cool to me. The Yarn Yoshi Amiibos bring a second Yoshi into the game, so you can play with your little yarn buddy in the game. You can watch the entire Nintendo Direct here.
