WWE 2K18 Coming To Nintendo Switch On December 6


WWE 2K18 was announced for the Nintendo Switch back in July, now out of nowhere a release date of December 6 has been announced for both physical and digital versions of the game. Preorders for the physical edition will get the Kurt Angle DLC, while all eShop purchases until December 13 will receive it. 2K warns that a microSD card with a minimum 32GB of free space is required to download the eShop version.

WWE 2K18 Switch Requires 24GB Download For The Physical Version


Looks like L.A Noire isn’t the only game the requires a download for the Nintendo Switch version. WWE 2K18 will require a 24GB download for the physical version. There’s still no release date for the game on the Nintendo Switch, but you you’ll need an SD Card for third-party games going forward.

WWE 2K18 Requires 32GB On SD Card To Download From eShop

According to Nintendo’s official game page for WWE 2K18, which is slated to release on Nintendo Switch this Fall, you’ll need 32GB of free SD card space in order to download the title from the eShop. Not only that, you’re also required to have at least 1GB of free system memory as well.

It should be noted that a microSD card is sold separately, with free storage space of minimum 32GB is required to download this game, plus 1GB on the system memory. You must have your microSD card inserted before beginning the download.

WWE And 2K Announces The WWE 2K18 Cena (Nuff) Edition

WWE and 2K have announced the WWE 2K18 Cena (Nuff) Edition. This celebrate 15 years of the wrestler John Cena and more. The edition is limited to 30,000 units for PS4 and Xbox One and is priced at $149.99, and includes the game, its season pass, Batista and Rob Van Dam, a Mattel figure of Cena, a signed plaque and photo of Cena, and more. WWE 2K18 is out on October 17 for the PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. Here’s everything thats including WWE 2K18 Cena (Nuff) edition includes:

  • Copy of WWE 2K18 Deluxe Edition video game, which includes the following items:

WWE 2K18 For Nintendo Switch Won’t Be Based On Last Gen Versions


The official WWE 2K18 Twitter account has confirmed that the upcoming wrestling title for Nintendo Switch WON’T be based on last-gen versions. A fan claimed on Twitter that the Nintendo Switch version will be based on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 iterations of the wrestling franchise which was quickly shot down by the official Twitter account.

WWE 2K18 Is Coming To The Nintendo Switch


WWE has confirmed that WWE 2K18 is coming to the Nintendo Switch. It was revealed in a video with wrestler Seth Rollins. While we know that the PS4 and Xbox One versions are coming October 17, the Switch version does not yet have a confirmed release date at this time.
