Top 10 Games For April 2015

Here are the NPD results for the best selling game for the month of April 2015, Mortal Kombat X took the lead for software sales on consoles. Only 3 of the top 10 titles were released in April 2014, with another 3 released in March 2014. Here's the top 10 list -

Battlefield: Hardline Will Take A Big Chunk Of Your Hard Drive


Looks like Battlefield: Hardline will take up around 45.3 GB of hard drive space on Xbox One, according to the game's product page. Battlefield: Hardline's Xbox One file size has been revealed as a result of the game launching today through EA Access. Members can play the game for a period of 10 hours before its official release next Tuesday, March 17. The PlayStation 4 file size is likely to be the same, It’s unknown how much space the game takes up on PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360.

Returning Battlefield Players Will Receive A bonus When Playing Hardline

EA and Visceral have announced a loyalty program for Battlefield fans. Those that are planning on playing Hardline will get a boost pack if they’ve played 1 of 3 previous games in the franchise. If you’ve played Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Battlefield 3, or Battlefield 4 and logged in with an Origin account, you’ll be getting a bundle of items. The Veteran’s Pack includes an in game patch, a 200% objective boost If you haven’t played those games, but decide to do so after Hardline, you’ll still get the pack. Battlefield: Hardline comes out on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC on March 17.

Battlefield Hardline PC Requirements Revealed

Developer Visceral Games has announced the system requirements for the PC version of Battlefield Hardline. The game will take up around 60 GB of hard drive space, and requires at least 4 GB RAM. The full minimum and recommended PC requirements for Hardline are listed below. Battlefield Hardline is set of release on March 17 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC

  • OS: WINDOWS 8 64-BIT (with KB971512 Update)
  • CPU: INTEL QUAD-CORE CPU, AMD SIX-CORE CPU
  • MEMORY: 8 GB RAM

Battlefield: Hardline Open Beta Starts On February 3

EA has announced the start of the Battlefield Hardline beta, which begins on February 3. The beta features 3 maps and 3 different modes. Heist, which pits the two sides against each other as criminals try to make off with loot, is also coming. You can play that on the Bank Job map during the beta. Also,  you’ll have access to the full progression system of the final version. You can play the beta until February 8 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC. The game will be out for those systems on March 17.

New Battlefield Hardline Beta Info Revealed

Visceral Games has announced details about the upcoming multiplayer beta for Battlefield Hardline. Battlefield Hardline comes out on March 17, 2015 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.

  • The Battlefield Hardline beta will be open to everyone across all platforms, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. Launch date coming later.
  • Modes include: Hotwire (a brand new mode for the entire Battlefield series) and Conquest.
  • No cap on max progression level.
