DOOM Eternal Comes To Nintendo Switch On December 8th

The next installment in the DOOM franchise, DOOM Eternal, will be coming to Nintendo Switch on December 8th. The game will only be available to buy digitally through the Nintendo eShop store.

Doom Eternal Now Releasing In March 2020

id Software has announced that Doom Eternal will be delayed. The game is now expected to launch on March 20, 2020 on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. The Switch version is slated for a future release with no specific date and time given.

In addition to the delay news, the account stated that Invasion mode is going to be a free update shortly after launch. Invasion mode lets players hop into other people's games as a demon. Also Doom 64 (which was originally set to realize only release for Nintendo Switch) is now a pre-order bonus for Doom Eternal.

DOOM Eternal Raises Hell In November

During Bethesda’s E3 presentation, a new trailer for DOOM Eternal was shown focusing on the game’s story. Check out the trailer below. DOOM Eternal releases on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Switch on November 22nd. 

Doom Eternal Brings Hell To Earth

During the Bethesda E3 conference, Doom Eternal, the squeal to Doom (2016) was announced. Promising hell on earth and twice as many demons, the brief teaser showed skyscrapers choked by giant tentacles and a very familiar double-barreled shotgun. Details were scarce, but a more thorough look at the game is coming at QuakeCon this fall. 

UPDATE 8/13/18 - During QuakeCon 2018, Bethesda revealed gameplay for Doom Eternal, which you can see in the video below. The team at ID is aiming for 1080p 60FPS and 30FPS on Nintendo Switch. Yes that's right, Doom Eternal is coming to Nintendo Switch on the same date at PS4, Xbox One and PC. The date is unknown but we do know that the Nintendo Switch version will be handled by Panic Button, the amazing studio be hide the Doom 2016 and Wolfenstein ports.
