Laura Dale Has Some New Info On Xenoblade Chronicles X Port And The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Journalist Laura Dale has provided some information on the

supposed Nintendo Switch port of Xenoblade Chronicles X. The project isn’t being worked on by the original developer Monolith Soft but is instead being outsourced to an external studio. Monolith Soft is working on a new project for the Nintendo Switch which is set to arrive sometime in 2018 or beyond. Laura Dale also says that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will release on June 16th for in the UK for the Nintendo Switch version and June 23rd for the Wii U version. Thoughts ?

Xenoblade X port is not being developed by Monolith, they're working on something new ground up for Switch. 2018 earliest. Not launch year.

Nintendo are internally aiming for a June 16 2017 UK Breath of the Wild Switch release. Aiming Wii U for June 23 2017 UK.

Nintendo has announced a bunch of release dates for up coming games for the Wii U and 3DS this fall. Here’s when you can expect the major first party titles on Wii U:

• Super Mario Maker - September 11
• New Super Mario Bros. U / New Super Luigi U Combo - October 16
• Yoshi’s Woolly World - October 18
• Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water (Digital Only) - October 22
• Star Fox Zero - November 20
• Xenoblade Chronicles X - December 4
• Devil’s Third - December 11

And here’s when you can expect the major first party titles on 3DS:

• Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer - September 25
• Chibi-Robo Zip Lash - October 9

Xenoblade Chronicles X Finally Gets A Release Date For The US

During Nintendo’s E3 press conference, Nintendo finally gave us a releae date for Xenoblade Chronicles X in the states. Nintendo also shared a new trailer featuring a healthy dose of gameplay of the beautiful world, and the mechs, can’t forget about those sweet mechs. Xenoblade Chronicles X will be released on December 4 for Wii U.
