Life Is Strange Comic Continues Story After One Of The Endings

Dontnod's Life is Strange ended with a difficult choice, and fans have long debated which option is the better conclusion. An upcoming comic from Titan Comics, titled Life Is Strange: Dust, tells a story beyond one of those endings. SPOILERS TO FOLLOW!

Whether you saved Chloe Price or saved Arcadia Bay, this comic seems to go with the choice to pick Chloe over the bay (#BaeOverBay). You can read part of the comic's description, which is taken from its listing on Amazon, below.

Dark Horse Making An ARMS Comic Series, Coming In 2018 [DELAYED TO 2019]

Dark Horse has confirmed that they are working on an ARMS comic series which is scheduled to make its debut in 2018. “The latest installment in Dark Horse and Nintendo’s partnership, ARMS is preceded by The Legend of Zelda™: Hyrule Historia, The Legend of Zelda™: Art & Artifacts, The Art of Fire Emblem Awakening, and The Art of Splatoon™.” “ARMS™ is a revolutionary fighting experience for all ages and skill levels. Utilizing Joy-Con™ motion controls, players can throw punches and guide them midflight to hit agile fighters, avoid incoming attacks with dashes, or trampoline high into the air to rain down fists from above. Players can select from a colorful cast of fighting champions and try to win the coveted championship belt in the ARMS Grand Prix. Dark Horse will publish the first of the ARMS graphic novels in Fall 2018.”

UPDATE 5/7/2019 - 

The first ARMS comic has debuted, but the rest of the series has been delayed to 2019. The comic was part of a double issue given away on Free Comic Book Day with a Legend of Korra comic. On the back cover, a small blurb says the full comic will be released in January 2019 and will tell the story of Spring-Man's efforts to overcome 600 opens standing in his way. 

Super Mario Adventures Comic Getting A Reprint

The Super Mario Adventures comic is getting a reprint later this year. The collection will be published on October 12, courtesy of Viz Communications. You can pre-order it now from TFAW, Super Mario Adventures originally ran between 1992 and 1993 as part of Nintendo Power.

San Diego Comic-Con Could Leave San Diego After 2016

San Diego Comic-Con could be on the move due to San Diego City Council’s decision to not appeal a court ruling that would end plans to expand the city’s convention center. The ruling, passed down from the Fourth District Court of Appeal earlier this month, struck down a proposed levy on hotels in the area around the San Diego Convention Center ,a levy which was relied upon to foot much of the projected $520 million cost of the planned expansion for the Convention Center. On Tuesday, the San Diego City Council decided not to appeal the ruling, leaving the future of the expansion project in doubt. According to Comic-Con International's David Glanzer, however nothing's certain at the moment. 

"Any decision to remain in San Diego has always been based on a variety of issues, including hotel room rates, available meeting space and other concerns, none of which necessarily override the other. I’m grateful that the mayor, city officials, hoteliers and convention center staff have worked to help mitigate our space concerns and are happy that we have a continuous dialogue with those entities. We hope there will be a solution that allows Comic Con to stay in San Diego for years to come”. 

It’s also rumored if the Con had to move it might be to Los Angles or Anaheim. It would be weird to see San Diego Comic-Con move seeing how it started there 30 years ago in 1991.
