ICYMI: Sora From Kingdom Hearts Is The Final DLC Fighter For Super Smash Bros Ultimate

Sora from the Kingdom Hearts franchise will join the fight in Super Smash Bros Ultimate. You will be able to get your hands on Sora on October 18th (North America) and October 19th  (UK) as that’s when the final DLC character will be released. Mii Fighter costumes this time round are Splatoon characters Octoling, Judd, DOOM Slayer, and they are also coming October 18th (North America) and October 19th (UK). 

Kingdom Hearts Saga Comes To The Epic Games Store In March

 The entire Kingdom Hearts saga is coming to PC for the first time. This means that you can pre-purchase Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter
Prologue, Kingdom Hearts III, and Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory. Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 comes with six titles: Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (with HD Remastered cinematics), Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix, and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded (with HD Remastered cinematics). The entire Kingdom Hearts franchise comes to the Epic Games Store on March 30.

There’s A Kingdom Hearts Rhythm Game Called Melody of Memory

Square Enix has announced a Kingdom Hearts rhythm game called Melody of Memory. The announcement trailer shows Sora, Donald, and Goofy fighting to the melodies with popular Disney characters like Aladdin and Hercules. We also see the gummi ship and a boss battle against Xemnas. Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory is coming to PS4, Xbox One, and Switch in 2020.

Kingdom Hearts 1.5 + 2.5 ReMix And Kingdom Hearts 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue Coming To Xbox One In 2020

Kingdom Hearts 3 has been the only Kingdom Hearts game available on an Xbox console, until now. Square Enix has confirmed that the entire group of remastered collections will be available on Xbox One in 2020.

Kingdom Hearts 1.5 + 2.5 ReMix combines two HD collections of Kingdom Hearts games and includes the following:

• Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix
• Kingdom Hearts: Re: Chain of Memories
• Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (cutscenes)
• Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix
• Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep
• Kingdom Hearts: Re:coded (cutscenes)

Meanwhile, Kingdom Hearts 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue includes Kingdom Hearts 0.2: a fragmentary passage, Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, and the film Kingdom Hearts: Back Cover. Additionally, a demo for Kingdom Hearts 3 is available now.

Kingdom Hearts III Re:Mind DLC Releasing This Winter

Kingdom Hearts III is getting its first DLC update later this year and it’s titled Re:Mind. The DLC is releasing this winter and will include the new Re:Mind scenario, new bosses and episodes, and Japanese players will have the option to play the game in English. Check out the trailer below.

During Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix announced Kingdom Hearts: VR Experience, a free 10-minute interactive video for PSVR. VR Experience is coming out this holiday season and covers various moments from the franchise.

Kingdom Hearts III Finally Has A Release Date

During the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra World Tour concert in Los Angeles, it was announced that Kingdom Hearts III finally has a released date of January 29. Square Enix officially announced the game at E3 back in 2013. About a year ago at D23, it was announced that Square Enix was aiming for a 2018 release. This is the first official date we’ve been given for the game. Hopefully we’ll learn more info at Square Enixr’s E3 conference on Monday at 10 am PT. Kingdom Hearts III releases on January 29 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Hope they stick to the release date.

Monsters Inc. Will Be Apart Of Kindgom Hearts III

At this year's D23 expo Japan, Disney and Square Enix showed off a new trailer for Kindgom Hearts III, revealing Monsters Inc. is getting its own world in the game. Kindgom Hearts III is set to release on PS4 and Xbox One in 2018.

During Sony's pre-TGS press conference, Square Enix revealed that Kingdom Hearts HD II.8 - Final Chapter Prologue will now release on January 12 in Japan and January 28 in the US for PS4. For those that don’t know, Kingdom Hearts HD II.8 - Final Chapter Prologue is a compilation that includes Kingdom Hearts χ [chi] Back Cover, 0.2 Birth By Sleep - A Fragmentary Passage - and a remastered version of the Nintendo 3DS game Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance. Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue Gets A Release Date

Square Enix released a new trailer for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, featuring the 3 games in Final Chapter Prologue: Kingdom Hearts X [chi] Back Cover, 0.2 Birth By Sleep - A Fragmentary Passage -, and a remaster of the Nintendo 3DS release Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance. The new trailer gives of a glimpses of the cinematics of the Foretellers in Back Cover as they prepare for war and so much more. Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue will be released in December worldwide on PS4.

Kingdom Hearts Is Coming To Mobile

Kingdom Hearts is coming to mobile. Kingdom Hearts Unchained X will be released for iOS and Android devices on April 7, 2016. The game will take place before any other title in the Kingdom Hearts timeline, telling the story of the original Keyblade Wielders. Gameplay will revolve around collecting medals and completing live events, in both cooperative and competitive scenarios live with other players. Square Enix Announces Kingdom Hearts 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue

At Sonys TGS 2015 conference Square Enix has announced Kingdom Hearts 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue for PlayStation 4. Kingdom Hearts 2.8 will contain a HD remaster of Dream Drop Distance, Unchained X called Back Cover and Birth by Sleep 0.2 - A Fragmentary Passage -, which is a completely new part of the story taking place after the events of the original Birth by Sleep. The first official trailer for the game will be shown on September 17.
