Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection Coming In January


Capcom has revealed Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection. The collection releases on January 21st 2020 and contains the following: Mega Man Zero 1, 2, 3, and 4 and Mega Man ZX and ZX Advent. Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection will be available for PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC.

Mega Man 11 Releasing On October 2nd


Mega Man fans will be happy to hear that Mega Man 11 will be coming to PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch on October 2nd. Capcom also released a new video which you can watch in the tweet below. There will also be a Mega Man 11 amiibo edition for the Nintendo Switch.

Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1 And 2 Releasing On July 24th


Capcom has confirmed that the Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1 and 2 will be coming to North America and Europe on July 24th. The collection of classic titles will be available on a number of formats including the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

Mega Man Legacy Collection 1+2 For Nintendo Switch Coming May 22nd


The official Mega Man Twitter account has confirmed today that the long-awaited Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 + 2 will be coming to the Nintendo Switch on May 22nd. Mega Man 11 Is Coming To PS4, Xbox One, PC And Nintendo Switch In Late 2018


Capcom has announced that Mega Man 11 is coming. The game is in development for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. We have got a while to wait for the release as it isn’t coming until late 2018. Check out the video in the tweet, below.

Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 Coming In August


Capcom has announced that a new Mega Man collection is coming this August. Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 compiles Mega Man games 7-10. In addition to the games, the collection includes a virtual museum filled with art and music, as well as the options to halve damage and use checkpoint saves. Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on August 8. The download will cost $19.99.

Mega Man I-VI Coming Soon To iOS And Android In Japan (UPDATE)


Capcom has announced they will be bringing the 8-bit Mega Man titles to iOS and Android in January. All 6 game (Mega Man I-VI) will be available in Japan on iOS and Android on January 6th. These games will also include auto charge, auto fire and adjustable game speed. A release outside of Japan is unknown at this time.


UPDATE 1/5/17 - Mega Man 1-6 is now available on the App Store and Google Play store for $1.99 each. Check out the trailer below.

Capcom Wants To Revive Some Of Its Older Franchises


Capcom has confirmed in a press release that the company is looking to revive some its forgotten franchises. The Capcom has a number of established IPs under its belt including Dino Crisis and Mega Man to name but a few. Here’s what they had to say: “In addition to regular major title releases each fiscal year, Capcom is currently focused on reviving series that have not had new entries recently, or otherwise dormant IP. Beginning with MARVEL VS. CAPCOM: INFINITE, a return for the series following a five-year hiatus, Capcom looks to enhance its corporate value even further by utilizing its library of rich contents.” Thoughts ?

New Mega Man Game Being Developed Based On The Cartoon ?


Capcom is rumored to be developing a brand new entry in the Mega Man franchise based on the upcoming cartoon. The Capcom release is apparently being developed for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U, PlayStation Vita, and PC. A second version of the game is reportedly being outsourced to for the Nintendo 3DS and mobile platforms. What do you think of a Mega Man game being based on a cartoon ?

Nintendo Announces A Bunch Of Amiibos For 2016


During todays Nintendo Direct presentation, Nintendo has revealed the next wave of Amiibo and more to be released in 2016. The newest batch will include Lucas from Mother 3, along with Blathers, Mr. Resetti, Kicks and Celeste from Animal Crossing, which will be available to purchase starting on January 22. Also a Wolf Link Amiibo was announced and will come included with The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD, which will be released on March 4, 2016. Last but not least Nintendo announced that on February 26, 2016, a Gold Mega Man Amiibo will be included with the special edition of Mega Man Legacy Collection on 3DS. So many amiibos, would you like my money now or later Nintendo ? What do you think of the new amiibos that we’re announced ?

Mighty No. 9 Gets A New Release Date


Comcept has announced the new release date for Mighty No. 9. The game is now set to launch on February 9 for North America and February 12 for  Europe. The new release date is only for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3,  Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, PC, Mac, and Linux editions of the game. A new release date for the PS Vita and 3DS versions have yet to be announced. Are you excite for Mighty No. 9 ?

Fox Is Rumored To Be Working On A Mega Man Movie


According to The Tracking Board, 20th Century Fox and Chernin Entertainment have started development on the film version of Mega Man. Mega Man first appeared on the NES in 1987 and since then has been a global phenomenon. Fox hasn’t had the best luck with other franchise as of late, heres hoping they don’t mess up Mega Man.

Capcom Announces The Mega Man Legacy Collection


Capcom has announced that you'll soon be able to play classic Mega Man titles on your cconsole, PC, and 3DS.  The Mega Man Legacy Collection features Mega Man 1 through Mega Man 6, a challenge mode, and a "museum collection" of art assets. It's scheduled for this summer on PC and current consoles. A 3DS release will be coming this winter. The games will be running at 1080p on PC and console. Capcom has priced the the Mega Man Legacy Collection at $14.99.

Mega Man Is Getting A New Cartoon Show


Capcom has announced that Mega Man is getting a new cartoon show. This isn’t the first Mega Man cartoon as in the mid-90s, there were 2 seasons of a Mega Man cartoon show. Man of Action Entertainment will be creating the show. They are responsible for such shows as Ben 10 and Generator Rex. The new Mega Man cartoon will premiere in 2017. 


Mighty No. 9 Finally Has A Release Date


Mighty No. 9 finally has a release date. In addition to the digital version, a physical copy will be available. Those that buy a physical copy will get the Ray DLC and the abandoned lab stage. This bundle also includes a double-sided poster and an art booklet. Those that pre-order will get the Retro Hero Mode. This includes a blocky retro skin and sound package for Beck and a one hit kill mode. Last but not least there will be a Signature Edition made available. This will includes the game, a foil Keiji Inafune signature on the box, and a 6.5-inch statue of Beck with changeable faces. The signature edition will be priced at $59.99. Mighty No. 9 will be out on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC, Linux, and Mac on September 15. As for PS Vita and 3DS, those versions are coming later. It should be noted that Mighty No. 9 will support cross-buy on PlayStation systems.

Nintendo Reveals New Line Of Amiibo Figures

Nintendo has announced a new lineup of Amiibo figures for Super Smash Bros. and was reveled on there Japan website. The new lineup includes Lucario, Rosalinda & Luma, Bowser, Toon Link, Sheik, Ike, Meta Knight, King Dedede, Shulk, Sonic and Mega man. No other info was getting abut these Amiibo expect that they would be released dome time in 2015. A Mario Kart 8 update goes live soon that supports some Amiibo figures. Super Smash Bros. for Wii U comes out on November 21 and will support all Amiibo figures. To read about the first line of Amiibo figures being released click here. UPDATE : we've learned that this line of Amiibo's will be released sometime in February 2015.

New Super Smash Bros. Game Mode Lets You Play Classic Games

During the Super Smash Bros. Nintendo Direct the other day, Nintendo announced the game mode Masterpieces. This game mode will allow you to explore fighters origins by playing time limit versions of Classic Nintendo titles. Super Mario World, Mega Man 2, F-Zero and Metroid will be some of the available titles just to name a few. Super Smash Bros. For Wii U will be released on November 21 in North America December 5th for Europe and December 6th for Japan and Australia.
