Plants Vs. Zombies 3 Announced, Pre-Alpha Available For Android Now

Electronic Arts and PopCap have revealed that they are working on Plants Vs. Zombies 3, and you can play a pre-alpha version now for free on Android. The minimum requirements for the pre-alpha are an Android device that's at least a Galaxy S7 with Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). EA has not officially announced a release date/timeframe for Plants Vs. Zombies 3 or if any future pre-release trials will be on iOS.

EA Confirms New Plants Vs. Zombies Shooter Is On The Way

EA has announced that a new Plants vs. Zombies title is coming soon. CFO Blake Jorgensen made the announcement during prepared remarks outlining the publisher’s upcoming titles, referring to the PvZ project as a “new Plants Vs. Zombies shooter,” could it be a new Garden Warfare ?

The official Plants vs. Zombies Twitter account followed up the announcement with its own celebratory tweet.

PVZ Garden Warfare 2 Now Has A 10 Hour Demo + 50% Discount

EA and PopCap have announced a 10 hour demo for Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. If you want to purchase the game after the demo, you can do so at 50% off ($34.99). The console offer starts today. PC players can take advantage of the trial and discount starting on August 16.

Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Beta Coming Later This Month

Popcap has announced that a Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 beta will come later this month. The beta will be open on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and begin on January 14 through January 18. The beta will include a few maps, as well as 6 new playable character classes: plants Rose, Citron, and Kernel Corn, and zombies Imp, Super Brainz and Captain Deadbeard. Players will also get a taste of both classic and new modes and limited access to Backyard Battleground, a mode that connects players to every map and mode. Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 releases February 23 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. 

Peggle 2 Coming To PS4 In October

EA had said it was in the process of putting the finishing touches on a much anticipated new peggle game. As today we find out that the new game they where talking about is actually a port of Peggle 2 on PS4. For those who don’t know Peggle is a puzzle game mixed with elements of pinball. Peggle 2 comes to the PS4 on October 19.
