The first batch of Windows 10 phones is almost here. AT&T just announced that it'll be the first carrier in the US to carry the new Lumia 950, which you can order starting tomorrow and will release on November 20. The Lumia 950 packs Qualcomm's hexa-core Snapdragon 808 chipsets and 3GB of RAM. It also features a 5.2-inch WQHD screen and a 20-megapixel that Microsoft claims will outshoot the fan-favorite Lumia 1020. The Lumia 950 will cost you $600 without a contract, AT&T will let you split that lump sum into monthly payments for between 20 and 30 months, and it'll throw in a slightly discounted Surface 3. Looks like there’s a working Wii U emulator for Windows 10. The program is called Cemu and was shared over on the GBATemp forums. As you would expect it runs Wii U titles at a resolution of 1920×1080 and has full keyboard controls. The emulator released to the public yet as there’s no audio and certain games crash, although it can run games. 
Windows 10 is out and the version for phones will be out soon. Microsoft has posted the initial list of Lumia phones that will be able to get the free upgrade later this year, You can see the list below.
