Final Fantasy XV's Noctis Coming To Tekken 7

Bandai Namco has announced that Final Fantasy XV's Noctis is coming to fighter Tekken 7 in Spring 2018. He's also bringing his Energy Blade and a new stage with him.

Bandai Namco Wants Switch Owners To Focus On Xenoverse 2 Before FighterZ

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is coming to Nintendo Switch in September and some Dragon Ball fans are more interested in a Switch version of Dragon BallFighterZ. Developer Tomoko Hiroki has told Nintendo players to wait until Xenoverse 2 has released before talking about a FighterZ port. Tekken Bowl Mode Returning In Tekken 7

Bandai Namco has announced that the classic Tekken Bowl mode is making a return in Tekken 7. The game's latest DLC will add the mini-game, now called Ultimate Tekken Bowl, when it's released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in August. The upcoming add-on content will also include a new Costume Pack. Other info like pricing in unknown at this time.

UPDATE 8/29/17 - The bowling mode will release on August 31. The mode is included in the Tekken 7 season pass, though it can also be purchased separately. It is available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. 

Capcom Partnering With Bandai Namco To Improve Matchmaking

Capcom has announced a cross-licensing agreement with Bandai Namco in order to improve its online matchmaking. The 2 are teaming up to accelerate the production of titles for both companies, as well as to lower the development costs of projects. Capcom stated that with this agreement, the company will "continue to explore cross-licensing opportunities." 

Bandai Namco Releases A Story Trailer For Digimon World: Next Order

Bandai Namco has released a new story trailer for Digimon World: Next Order which sets up the game's story, that begins 7 years after players' last adventure in the Digital World. Since then, the powerful Machinedramon has wreaked havoc in the floating city, and players will be joined by a second Digimon partner to set things right. You can watch the full trailer below. Bandai Namco has also revealed bonus DLC for players who pre-order the game:

Digimon World: Next Order Coming To NA And EU For PS4 In 2017

Bandai Namco has announced that Digimon World: Next Order is coming to North America and Europe exclusively for PlayStation 4 in physical and digital versions in early 2017. Digimon World: Next Order begins when players are sucked into the Digital World to discover it is under siege by Machinedramons. Rescued by two Digimon from impending doom, players must forge forward with their Digimon partners and journey through the Digital World to discover the origins of the Machinedramon scourge and find a way back to the real world. Along the way, players will nurture and train their Digimon partners for battle as they progress through the game. Digimon World: Next Order contains over 200 Digimon for players to meet, recruit, and interact with throughout their adventure. Digimon World: Next Order will also give players the choice of playing as either a male or female protagonist and enable players to explore the Digital World with two Digimon partners for the first time in franchise history. The key to finding a way back to the real world and stopping the Digital World from total destruction at the hands of Machinedramons will lie in building strong bonds and providing effective training for each Digimon.

Master Raven And Bob Are Coming To Tekken 7

Tekken 7 director Katsuhiro Harada announced that Master Raven and Bob will be joining the Tekken 7 roster. Bob specializes in Freestyle Karate, while Master Raven is showing off her ninjutsu fighting style. Tekken 7 will release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in early 2017. 

Bandai Namco Adding 7 Digimon to Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth

Bandai Namco are adding 7 Digimon to Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth on PlayStation 4 and PS Vita on March 10. After updating the game, you'll be able to unlock these characters by clearing a few missions:

Pokken Tournament Is Coming To Wii U In 2016

Nintendo and Bandai Namco have announced that Pokken Tournament Will be coming to the Wii U. The announcement was made at a presentation during this year's Pokemon World Championships and during the  presentation, a new fighter was revealed, Pikachu Libre. Rise Of Incarnates Gets A Release Date

Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced that Rise of Incarnates will release next month. If you want you can currently download  Rise of Incarnates via Steam Early Access for free. Bandai Namco plans to introduce a new character and map on launch day. Rise of Incarnates is a free-to-play battle arena game that apes the 2v2 combat system found in the Gundam Versus series. Rise of Incarnates will release on Steam for PC on July 1, 2015. 

Bandai Namco Changes There Name Again

Once again Bandai Namco Games has changed their name once again. Not content with being called Bandai Namco Games they’ve decided to change it to Bandai Namco Entertainment. The new name will take effect on April 2015. ”The BANDAI NAMCO Group operates the game business in Japan and overseas. With the advance of technology and diversification of user preferences, the Group has expanded into new products and service domains that extend beyond its previous game business domain. “With the start of its next Mid term Plan in April 2015, the Company will change the names of its subsidiaries to widen the definition of their business field to entertainment without limiting them to the present field of games, thus aiming for further growth through new development of service and content businesses that utilize networks.” As quoted by a Bandai Namco representative.
