Kirby’s Dream Buffet Is Like Fall Guys Meets Kirby

Who’s hungry for some multiplayer Kirby fun? This summer, the Kirby’s Dream Buffet game is coming to the Nintendo Switch family of systems, serving up a helping of fun local or online multiplayer action through a variety of food-themed courses that even the pickiest of eaters will want to devour.

Launching in Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch, the My Nintendo Store on Nintendo.com and at retail, Kirby’s Dream Buffet finds Kirbys rolling through a smorgasbord of food-themed stages in four rounds of frantic multiplayer fun. Players will race each other through these delicious obstacle courses to collect strawberries as Kirby grows, bumping other players off the stage and using familiar Copy Abilities – or Copy Food Abilities, as they are called in this game – to thwart the competition.

Kirby’s Dream Buffet offers easy-to-understand gameplay for players of all skill levels, but also presents a healthy challenge for those looking to satiate their craving for friendly competition.

Kirby 64 Coming To Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack This Week

Nintendo has been adding to the Nintendo Switch Online vintage library at a rapid pace recently. It appears that the company is no longer releasing material on a periodic basis, with at least one vintage game added to a retro library every couple of weeks or so.

Nintendo has announced that Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards will be coming to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack on May 20th. Nintendo of America tweeted the news on their official Twitter account, so you can see the tweet down below.

Kirby And The Forgotten Land Releases On March 25th

In the most recent Nintendo Direct presentation, a new trailer for Kirby and the Forgotten Land was unveiled. "Mouthful Mode," a new mode with a variety of moves that aren't Kirby copy abilities, has also been shown off. Check it out here for a first glimpse at Kirby as commonplace objects like a car and a vending machine. Kirby and the Forgotten Land will be released on March 25th.

Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn Coming To Nintendo 3DS In 2019

During the September Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced that Kirby’s Epic Yarn which was originally released on the Wii is coming to the Nintendo 3DS. Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn is the title and its coming to Nintendo’s dedicated handheld sometime in 2019.

Kirby Star Allies Coming To Nintendo Switch In March

During the Nintendo Direct, the company announced that the new Kirby game for Switch now has a true title and a release date. The game is called Kirby Star Allies and it releases on Switch March 16. The game is co-op focused and has new abilities like an artist power and a spider power. Using your powers it tandem with your co-op partners also creates new ways to use abilities.

Kirby: Battle Royale Comes To 3DS In January 2018

During the September 2017 Nintendo Direct video presentation, Nintendo revealed Kirby: Battle Royale will be released on the Nintendo 3DS on January 19, 2018. Nintendo has released a brand new trailer for the game. According to the video description, “Kirby is about to enter a tournament against his toughest rival yet… himself”. During Nintendo’s E3 spotlight, Nintendo announced that a new Kirby game is coming to the Nintendo Switch. The game isn’t due until 2018 but is sure to be chock full of Kirby cuteness. 

Kirby Gets 3 New Games For The Nintendo 3DS

During todays Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced that as a part of Kirby’s 25th Anniversary, he’s getting 3 new games on the Nintendo 3DS. The first is Kirby’s Blowout Blast, which is coming to the 3DS eShop this summer. The second is Team Kirby Clash Deluxe, which is now available in the 3DS eShop. Last but not least is a new multiplayer action game starring Kirby is currently in development for the 3DS and will be available in stores later this winter.

Pre-order Kirby Planet Robobot At GameStop And Get 6 Trading Cards

Those who live in North America and want to pre-order Kirby: Planet Robobot, then this should make things a easier for you. GameStop has revealed that if you pre-order the  title with them then you’re eligible to get a pack of 6 exclusive trading cards. The cards aren’t amiibo related so no need to worry, they’re just standard cards.

New Kirby Line Of Amiibo’s Will Launch Alongside Kirby: Planet Robobot

During todays Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced Kirby: Planet Robobot for 3DS. To coincide with the launch of the game, Nintendo also announced new Kirby, King Dedede, Meta Knight and Waddle Dee Amiibo’s. Kirby: Planet Robobot and the Amiibo’s will release on June 10. This was probably one of the highlights of the Nintendo Direct for me. The Meta Knight Amiibo, I wasn’t ready. What do you think of these new Kirby Amiibo’s ? Kirby Saves Dreamland With A Robot In Kirby: Planet Robobot

During todays Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced that a new Kirby title is coming soon to the 3DS.Titled Kirby: Planet Robobot, Kirby must save Dream Land from robotic invaders and will use the enemies’ tech against them. The Robobot Armor has more than 10 modes, upgraded versions of Kirby’s classic copy abilities. Kirby: Planet Robobot includes a 4-player co-op mode called Team Kirby Clash, which find players battling tough bosses. You can earn experience points and level up in Kirby Clash mode, a first for the series. Kirby: Planet Robobot uses all the amiibo figures, some grant Kirby a special copy ability. Using the Mario amiibo, for example, will give Kirby a Fire ability. Kirby: Planet Robobot is set to release for 3DS on June 10. You can watch the full Nintendo Direct below.

Nintendo and Loot Crate Amiibo Details Revealed

Nintendo has revealed details on the pricing and character info on there deal with Loot Crate. 2 payment options are available. You can choose to pay $50 a week plus $5 shipping and handling, which comes to $165 total. You can also can get a $10 discount by paying $140 plus $15 shipping and handling. Amiibo figures will sell at retailers for $13, so you're not really getting a discount. The first set of characters from Loot Crate will ship on November 20 and includes Mario,DK, Kirby and Pikachu. New Amiibo characters will be rolling out in waves over the coming months, but Loot Crate has not yet announced whether they'll continue the service past the initial offering of 10 characters. Nintendo’s Amiibo Figures Available for Pre-Order

The first set of Nintendo’s Amiibo figures are said to interact initially with Super Smash Bros. for Wii U when it releases later this year. The Amiibos transfer information using NFC (Near field communication) similar to Disney Infinity of Skylanders characters. The Wii U has an NFC reader built into the game pad, for those who don’t know it’s the little rectangle in the left bottom corner of the game pad. Besides Super Smash Bros. the Amiibo’s are said to work with Mario Kart 8, Captain Toad : Treasure tracker,Yoshi’s Woolly World and Mario Party 10. Each figure will cost $13 USD, The first set of characters include.
