Two New Fire Emblem Warriors Amiibo Revealed

Nintendo has announced 2 new Fire Emblem Amiibo. You can use both Chrom and Tiki in Fire Emblem Warriors when they release. 

Super Mario Odyssey Release Date, Details And Amiibo

During Nintendo’s E3 spotlight, the company confirmed that Super Mario Odyssey will be arriving on Nintendo Switch on October 27, 2017. Thanks to Polygon who spoke to game director Kenta Motokura about everything Super Mario Odyssey related and there ‘s plenty of information to look through. Check out the highlights of the conversation, below.

• Mario’s hat serves as a weapon, a platform, a way to collect items and a tool to capture enemies
• Hat’s throws are mapped to the Joy-Con’s motion controls, but you can also use the X and Y buttons to fling it
  Flicking your wrists once throws the hat out, but flicking them up or down will send your hat in those directions
• Flicking both wrists also creates a spin attack, spinning the hat around Mario
• Game will also support the Switch Pro Controller
• Capture Bullet Bills to fly across areas inaccessible to Mario
• Capture lightbulb-like objects to zoom to inaccessible areas of New Donk City
• Areas like New Donk City are called Kingdoms
• There are capturable giant binoculars that give you a better vantage point of the whole area
• Capture a Hammer Bro and use his hammers to knock out obstacles
• Capturing a Chain Chomp will let you break down huge obstacles
• Capture a new, extremely stretchy-legged monster to hop to new platforms
• Stages have a very high density of gameplay elements
• Mario must rescue Princess Peach from Bowser yet again, but he’s taken her far outside of the Mushroom Kingdom
• Nintendo won’t comment on how many kingdoms there are
• You’ll see a lot of things that you’ve never seen in Mario’s world before
• You’ll also see a lot of things that you’ve seen in our world before
• Power Moons power Mario’s airship as he flies from Kingdom to Kingdom
• Instead of Mario being kicked out to a main world after he finds each, he’ll keep moving ahead to new ones
• More Power Moons than main-game collectables in games like Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine
• There aren’t any “mandatory” story moons to collect
• You can choose to advance the story if you wish, but you can also do just a lot of exploration and just poke around.

It was also announced that 5 new amiibo will of Mario, Princess Peach and Bowser in their wedding outfits along with Koopa and Goomba will release along side that game. It’s also worth noting that some previously announced amiibo will also be compatible.

The Legend Of Zelda: BOTW DLC Details, Release Date, Amiibo And More

During Nintendo’s E3 spotlight, it was announced that The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild DLC is called “The Master Trails” and will be arriving on June 30, 2017. This includes a Hero’s Path Mode, Trial of the Sword, new armor being added to the game and also a brand new Korok Mask. We will keep you posted with details on the DLC as it arrives. Also announced was that the second DLC for the game is called “The Champions Ballad”. It will feature Mipha, Urbos, Daruk and Revali. The champions will also be available in amiibo form. The Champions Ballad and the new amiibo will be released in Holiday 2017. 

A New 2D Yoshi Game Is Coming To The Nintendo Switch In 2018

During Nintendo’s E3 spotlight, the company announced they are working on a new 2D Yoshi platforming-adventure game. The game will come to the Nintendo Switch in 2018. Not a whole lot is known on the game, except that it will have co-op play.

Fire Emblem Warriors Coming In Fall 2017 + New Mode

During Nintendo’s E3 spotlight, Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja has confirmed that Fire Emblem Warriors is coming to the Nintendo Switch in North America and Europe in fall 2017. Check out the new trailer below. A new mode for Fire Emblem Warriors was also  revealed during the Nintendo Treehouse stream. Colosseum mode is entirely separate from the main game, and will allow players to go head to head with some of the most popular heroes in the Fire Emblem series. You’ll still have waves of enemies to plunge your weapons through, but your main mission is to defeat a number of heroes in a select stage and regain victory.

Metroid Prime 4 Is Now In Development For The Nintendo Switch

During Nintendo’s E3 spotlight, the company surprised everyone with the reveal of Metroid Prime 4 coming to the Nintendo Switch in the near future. Thanks to Eurogamer, it was revealed that a new team is making the game and not Retro Studios, who were responsible for the Metroid Prime Trilogy. But Metroid Prime producer Kensuke Tanabe is still aboard and heading the project. We haven’t yet heard who this new team will consist of but we’ll keep you updated. Here’s a few more details thanks to Nintendo.

A Core RPG Pokemon Game Is Coming to The Nintendo Switch

During Nintendo’s E3 spotlight, The Pokemon Company confirmed that a new core Pokemon game is coming to the Nintendo Switch. The company has said that the game won’t release for a year or so, but it’s definitely something to look forward to.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Coming To The Nintendo Switch In Holiday 2017

During Nintendo’s E3 spotlight, more gameplay for Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was featured. The game has also been announced to release in Holiday 2017. Check out the gameplay below.

Kirby Is Coming To Nintendo Switch In 2018

During Nintendo’s E3 spotlight, Nintendo announced that a new Kirby game is coming to the Nintendo Switch. The game isn’t due until 2018 but is sure to be chock full of Kirby cuteness. 

Rocket League Is Coming To Nintendo Switch

During Nintendo’s E3 spotlight, it was announced that the popular tiny car soccer game known as Rocket League is coming to the Nintendo Switch. The game will feature cross-platform play and exclusive Nintendo themed content like Mario and Luigi hats and exclusive cars. Rocket League comes to the Nintendo Switch in Holiday 2017.

Call Of Duty: WWII Multiplayer Trailer + Beta Info

During Sony’s E3 press conference, a new Call of Duty: WWII trailer was unveiled. From warfare in rubble-filled streets to the eastern front to battles at sea and bombers being shelled by anti-aircraft guns, the trailer shows it all. It was also announced that the beta for Call of Duty: WWII kicks off on August 25 at 10AM PT. It ends on August 28th at the same time and will be followed by a second weekend. The next round of the multiplayer beta arrives on September 1 for both PS4 and Xbox One.

 This ends on September 5 at 10AM PT and will be the last chance to play the game before the final launch. Last but not least we learned about 3 multiplayer game modes:

• Headquarters - The Headquarters area seems to be a Destiny-style social area that lets you show off your various levels of prestige and awards.
• Divisions - You can choose from a variety of these Divisions, apparently, including both Infantry and Armored Divisions. What those actually are, however, isn't clear - although Armored Division certainly suggest vehicles will play an important part.
• War Mode - large-scale, immersive battles replicating real conflicts themselves from the war. Gameplay is "team-driven" and split between Axis and Allies, based around strategic objectives.

Call of Duty: WWII releases on November 3 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Marvel’s Spider-Man Coming To PS4 In 2018

During Sony’s E3 press conference, we got a first look at gameplay of Insomniac's Spider-Man, showing the wall crawler scale a tall building under construction, impressively swinging from his web, and taking on a slew of enemies. At he end of the trailer we see glimpse of who looked like Miles Morales, who is an alternate version of Spider-Man. You can check out the trailer below. Marvel’s Spider-Man is set to release on PS4 in 2018.

The Androids Will Rise In Detroit: Become Human

During Sony’s E3 press conference, a new trailer for Detroit: Become Human was shown. The trailer shows us a third perspective: Marcus, the leader of the android uprising. The trailer tells Marcus' story. Early on, he leads a heist against a store which keeps android for sale. Using their robotic bodies to heat pipes and break into the store, the android gang is eventually found out and chased by the police. Over time, Marcus becomes a central figure in the android rebellion, as those he frees begin following him as a leader. To see this and more, check out the trailer below. Unfortunately, Detroit: Become Human still doesn’t have a release date. 

Shadow Of The Colossus Remake Coming To PS4 In 2018

During Sony’s E3 press conference, Sony showcased what appears to be a full remake of Shadow of the Colossus set to release in 2018. Shadow of the Colossus originally came out on PS2 in 2005, and then again in 2011 on PS3 as part of the Ico/Shadow of the Colossus collection. The trailer shows familiar locations and battles with an impressive new level of graphical polish. Shadow of the Colossus Remake is set to release in 2018 for PS4.

Monster Hunter World Coming In 2018

During Sony’s E3 press conference, Monster Hunter World was revealed and features we've come to expect from the series: Giant, unwieldy swords, lush forests, cooking meat, and lots of collecting. Monster Hunter World is coming to PS4 and Xbox One in early 2018.

Days Gone Gameplay Demo Shown Off, Features Zombie Bear

During Sony’s E3 press conference, a gameplay demo for Days Gone was shown. You can check it out below. No other info including a release window or date in known. 

Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds DLC Coming Later This Year

During Sony’s E3 press conference, the company announced that Horizon Zero Dawn, is receiving DLC later this year. The Frozen Wilds looks to focus heavily on a mountain that Aloy must scale and explore. Nothing else is known at this time. Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds releases on PS4 later this year.

Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite New Characters Revealed, Story Demo Available Now

During Sony’s E3 press conference, a new trailer for Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite was shown and confirms several new characters for the fighter game, but also announced that a story demo is available now. The trailer focused on the cinematic story mode of the game, showed characters like Dante, Doctor Strange, Arthur, Gamora, Thanos, Zero, Black Panther and Bionic Commando. Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite launches on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 19.

Beyond Good & Evil 2 Gets A Cinematic Trailer

During Ubisoft’s E3 press conference, Ubisoft surprised everyone with a cinematic trailer for Beyond Good & Evil 2. The game is a prequel and takes place before Jade (the protagonist of the original game) is born. The trailer starts off in a shady restaurant and then evolves into an action-packed chase where 2 characters, a monkey and a woman, evade missiles on a flying motorcycle in a futuristic landscape. It’s unknown when the game will release. Check out the trailer below. 

Ubisoft Announces Toys-To-Life Game, Starlink: Battle For Atlas

During Ubisoft’s E3 press conference, Ubisoft announced their take on the toys to life genre, a space shooter titled Starlink. According to Ubisoft, the game “offers a whole new gameplay experience: build your own modular Starship model, mount it on your controller, and take part in epic space combats”. You can build your own starfighter in Fall 2018 when Starlink launches on PS4, Xbox One, and Switch.
