The Tomb Raider Reboot Trilogy Currently Available Free On The Epic Games Store

The Tomb Raider reboot trilogy is currently available for download for free on the Epic Games Store. You can get the Game of the Year Edition of 2013's Tomb Raider, 2015's Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration, and the 2018 definitive edition of Shadow of the Tomb Raider between now and January 6, 2022.

Square Enix Hosting Online Presentation On March 18th

 Square Enix has announced that it will be hosting an online presentation on March 18th that will last roughly 40 minutes. Included in the lineup of games shown is Balan Wonderworld, Life Is Strange, Marvel’s Avengers and more.

You’ll be able to watch it for yourself on either YouTube or Twitch at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM in the UK / 7 PM in Europe.

Metroid, Tomb Raider And Final Fantasy VII Among The Video Game Hall Of Fame 2018 Finalists

The Strong Museum has revealed the finalists for its World Video Game Hall of Fame class of 2018. This year's finalists provide a nice slice of gaming history, showing the diversity in genre, subject matter, and platforms that video games have enjoyed over the decades.

• Half-Life
• John Madden Football
• King's Quest
• Metroid

If you'd like to weigh in on the finalists, you can cast your ballot once per day here from March 27 through April 4. The 3 games that get the most public votes will be used as a special "Player's Choice" ballot, which will be cast along with the other 27 ballots from members of the Hall of Fame's advisory committee. Winners will be revealed at a ceremony at The Strong on May 3.

Shadow Of The Tomb Raider Coming In September, More Info Coming In April

Square Enix has announced that Shadow of the Tomb Raider is coming out on September 14 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC simultaneously. The company says more info is coming on April 27. 

Square Enix Teases Tomb Raider Announcement In 2018

In a statement released via Tomb Raider's official Twitter account, Square Enix revealed that a new Tomb Raider game is coming in 2018. While they didn’t give anymore information until "a major event in 2018," the post promises that the time between the reveal and release will be brief. Here's the full message:

Rise Of The Tomb Raider Arrives On PC At The End Of This Month

PC players won’t have to wait long to play Rise of the Tomb Raider. The Xbox One and Xbox 360 timed exclusive arrives on PC on January 28. The game will be available at 2 price points. The standard version is priced at $59.99. A digital deluxe version that includes the season pass will costs $89.99. The PC version will also support 4K resolution. 

Tomb Raider Reboot Has sold 8.5 Million Copies

Square Enix has announced that the Tomb Raider reboot has claimed a 3rd franchise record. The title already sold more on its first day and in its first month than any other game in the series. Now it owns the top sales spot overall, too. 8.5 million copies of the reboot have been sold across all 5 of the platforms it was released on. The title originally launched in 2013 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. A “definitive edition” arrived on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in early 2014.

Xbox Games With Gold For March 2015

Microsoft has announced the Xbox Live Games with Gold titles for March. #IDARB and Rayman Legends will be free for Xbox One. On Xbox 360, you’ve got 2 amazing game releases from 2013 on the slate. For the first half of March (March 1 through 15), you can download Tomb Raider. From March 16 through the end of the month, you can download outstanding BioShock Infinite.
